High Line is a privately owned Corporation licensed to perform MEP DESIGN, Special Inspections, & Commissioning in the NYC area. Our specialized skills come from years of working as design engineers. This gives us the ability to clearly understand the scope of a full range of commercial and residential projects and insure a finished product that meets both owners design requirements and code compliance.
Ruslan Nagorny is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED accredited professional. With over 18 years of design experience Ruslan was responsible for the conceptual, final design, management, coordination and construction administration of numerous projects including, Hotels, Supermarkets, Residential apartment buildings, nursing homes, salons, schools, and tenant fit outs. With a strong technical background and credentials in energy efficiency, High Line Engineering is capable of offering a broad range of MEP services.
